We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

- billing and subscription information
- support requests and other communications
- watchlists, alerts, custom tickers, and account preferences

- records of your acceptance of our Terms of Service and market-risk disclosures.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
ArbEx does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited payment and billing information from Stripe, including:
- Stripe customer and subscription identifiers
- payment status
- billing address
- card type
- card expiration information; and
- transaction and invoice records.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- IP address
- browser type and version
- device and operating-system information
- referring pages
- pages and features accessed
- timestamps and session information
- general location inferred from IP address
- error logs and performance information; and
- security and authentication events.
We use this information to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
Information about your use of ArbEx
We may collect information about how you interact with the terminal, including:
- markets viewed or searched
- watchlists and alerts created
- custom tickers and synthetic structures created
- feature usage
- subscription tier
- login and account activity; and
- settings and display preferences.
We use this information to provide saved functionality, personalize your experience, understand product usage, and improve ArbEx.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- create and administer accounts
- authenticate users and protect account security
- provide market-data and analytical features
- save watchlists, alerts, custom tickers, and preferences
- process and administer subscriptions
- provide customer support

- understand how users interact with ArbEx

We may also send product announcements or marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in the message. You may still receive transactional or service-related communications.

ArbEx uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage, to operate the Service.

Essential cookies may be used to:

- authenticate users
- protect account security
- remember legal acknowledgments
- process subscriptions

- provide core website functionality.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
Analytics and nonessential technologies
We may use analytics tools to understand website traffic, feature usage, performance, and errors.
Our current infrastructure and analytics providers are Vercel (application hosting and platform analytics) and Supabase (authentication and database services), together with internal tooling we operate ourselves. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking technologies.
If we use nonessential advertising or analytics cookies where prior consent is required, we will provide appropriate cookie controls before activating them.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under applicable privacy law.
We may disclose personal information to:

We use companies that help us operate ArbEx, including providers of:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure
- authentication
- database services
- payment processing
- analytics and error monitoring
- email and notification delivery
- customer support; and
- security services.
These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

ArbEx displays information from and may link to third-party prediction markets, exchanges, websites, and services.
This Privacy Policy does not govern those third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.
ArbEx is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party services.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service
- maintain your account
- process subscriptions
- preserve legal-acceptance records
- resolve disputes
- prevent fraud and abuse
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; and
- enforce our agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
However, no internet transmission, database, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

You may manage certain information directly through your ArbEx account.
9. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about your account, subscription, security, legal terms, or the operation of the Service.
10. Children’s Privacy
ArbEx is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. International Users
ArbEx is operated from the United States.
If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
