Our payments are processed and secured by Stripe, and they accept all major credit cards. Pro is available monthly or annually; the annual plan is billed once per year at a discounted rate.
New accounts get 7 days of Pro free on the monthly plan. We take a card at signup but don't charge it until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from your account page and you won't be charged. One trial per account; the annual plan has no trial.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
No. At the moment ArbEx does not allow you to place trades directly. In the future you'll be able to deposit money directly on ArbEx and receive margin relief on like contracts.
We are currently testing API access, it will soon be made available.
Yes, in addition to tickers matched by our algorithm, ArbEx lets users create their own custom tickers. All custom tickers are private.
